Dr. Shruti N. Dhale is a paediatrician and has special interest in the field of intensive care in neonatology and thalassemia. She has 20 years of experience in teaching and clinical experience. She has undertaken several research projects and published over 25 research articles in National and International journals.

Dr Isha Deshmukh is currently working as Lecturer in Department of Pediatrics & Neonatology of GGMC, Mumbai. She has total 10 years of experience including academic and clinician experience in the field of Pediatrics and Neonatology. She has completed Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care and has done many workshops pertaining to Pediatrics and Neonatology. She is PhD guide for one PhD thesis and has one ICMR project for undergraduate studies. Also she has experience in conducting workshops and seminars for post graduate teaching in Pediatrics. Research projects are registered and under guidance of seniors. She is a member of Death Audit Committee stipulated by BMC, Mumbai Division. And other academic activities in the department are carried out under the guidance of senior faculties.
