Dr. L. S. Deshmukh is a qualified DM Neonatologist working in Government Medical College since 30 years. He has been awarded with Commonwealth Fellowship of RCPCH London. He was past president of State NNF India & IAP Aurangabad. He has worked as Faculty Member of MUHS & still continues to work. He has established first separate Department of Neonatology under Government of Maharashtra. Under his guidance, in 2018 , DM Neonatology course started. He has several national & International publications to his credit, also contributed to book chapters in neonatology. He has keen interest in research.
